The Hialeah Police Department has located Charles Hargrove and his son Ar'Marion, and both are safe.
According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, police received an anonymous tip from someone who saw a vehicle that matched what they had seen on a billboard in the area that displayed information related to the Amber Alert
