~Larry Synclair Jr.~
Abducted to Russia

Although another Superior Court judge agreed in 2002, with support from another judge in 2003, that Larry Jr. has been parentally abducted and awarded the father sole legal and physical custody, Larry Jr. remains hidden in Russia. His mother, a cult member hiding from California law enforcement officials in her home country, has denied all communication between father and son for over eight years.

Circumstances:
Larry Synclair Jr. was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Svetlana Victorovna Synclair. A felony warrant was issued for the abductor on March 19, 2003. They may have left the country and traveled to Russia. The abductor may dye her hair, but her natural hair color is brown. The abductor may use the alias last name Gavrilova or Vasilieva. NCMEC

Many parents have sought the help of the U.S. State Department after their child was illegally held in a foreign country due to international parental abduction. These left-behind parents were told the State Department's Office of Children's Issues could help bring the children back.
Of course, this is not true.

of 2006. NCMEC Printable Poster
