Justice for Billy?~William Smolinski~

I've talked with William's mother on the phone before. I must say, she's a woman of strength, courage, and inspiration.
I'm not sure how she's managed to 'keep on' with some of the injustice she's been dealt. I mean...I've NEVER heard of anyone being arrested for putting up posters of a missing loved one, before I talked with Jan.

Perhaps there will be justice for Billy, since the police FINALLY recognize William Smolinski Jr.
as an Endangered Missing person.
