New York City photographer Michael McCarty has fought since 2007 for custody of his son Liam, after his ex-wife took the boy to her native Italy. Despite Liam's mother, Manuela Antonelli, being declared unfit to care for her child and McCarty having been given full legal custody, child services officials in Italy have refused to give McCarty his son back... Supreme Court says Army dad must be heard in custody battle for daughter
On March 05, 2007 5 year-old Liam Gabriele McCarty, a United States citizen, was kidnapped from his home in Manhattan and taken to Rome, Italy where he has been languishing in an Italian orphanage.

This appalling abduction was aided and facilitated by the Italian consulate in direct violation of explicit court orders that Liam not be removed from the United States. The kidnapper whom the consulate assisted is Manuela Antonelli, a psychologically disturbed international fugitive currently sought by Interpol, and on the FBI’s Most Wanted list. She is also Liam’s mother.

Donald Tenn, the Sacramento father who traveled to Washington DC recently for a rally to confront President Obama on his "fathers need to step up" comments, will be in a Columbus, Ohio courtroom Monday morning on charges related to his 4 day protest on a 175' construction crane last year.
I don't know how they're getting away with this. The judges are breaking the law. They don't care. I'm a good and loving daddy. I don't deserve this. Madison doesn't deserve this.
I hear the same story from fathers in every state. I've traveled the country and have seen it myself. I challenge anyone to sit in any family courtroom, in any city, in any state, for one hour on any day of the week. They will see that the war on fathers is real.
